Marriage Vow Renewal
Let marriage be held in honor among all…
We want to honor, support, and celebrate marriages at the church. Our culture and the enemy are doing everything they can to destroy God’s design for marriage, which is one man and one woman, united with Him (“a threefold cord is not quickly broken,” Ecc 4:12). Those who are married know there are many days when it feels like they’re barely treading water. It’s easy to feel like your marriage is under siege and that you’re on your own.
Renewing your vows can be a great way to allow us to celebrate your marriage with you, and for you to honor your spouse by stating your commitment to them publicly.
We perform our marriage vow renewal ceremonies during the Sunday morning services. Each spouse writes their vow to the other; we encourage you to refrain from reading it to your spouse before the ceremony. You can choose a song you’d like played during the ceremony, or any other touches you’d like.
If you’d like to renew your marriage vows, please contact the church office at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 719-888-5144.
